This was a tough fight, much harder than anything else in ToC, and harder than anything we have killed since Sunwell. First it needs precise positioning and really accurate movement in the kiting phases, and then once you've mastered that you get hit by the horrors of phase 3.

We had a few 10% wipes, but were beaten by an hour to server first by Knights of Honor. Server second is still pretty great, but more than that this was the world 357th kill, our highest ever ranking as a guild by a mile, and it just goes to show how much stronger the guild is now than it has ever been - only 0.08% of WoW accounts have this kill.

This felt one of our best kills to date. It's a shame we were beaten so narrowly to server first, but KoH had been way ahead of us in all the Ulduar hard modes, so it's great to see how much we've caught up. The race for Icecrown hard modes should be interesting. Excellent to see how we've progressed from getting horde firsts in TBC with several Alliance guilds ahead to competing for server firsts now - and 357th in the world.
