Hello Zero Gravitas, some of you might remember me from my application of more than one year ago, but many things changed and I’m here again.

Character Name Lunarlight

Race & Class Blood Elf Paladin

Current Server Runetotem

Armory Link: http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Runetotem&n=Lunarlight

Ret offspec: http://chardev.org/?template=241658

Playing Times

My playing time are usually a few hours during the afternoon and then mainly the evenings. I should be able to attend all of your raids though sometimes something can happen and I might not be able to raid, but whenever that could happen I’d let you know obviously.

Previous Guilds

Well, I’ve been playing WoW for over 3 years.

I’ve started as a warlock named Darkviola on Emerald Dream realm for around one year, where I’ve been in the same guild since level 20. That guild changed name a few time as the leadership changed, though we were always the same group of people. Unfortunately, we couldn’t manage to get enough raiders to even start Karazhan and some of us started to leave and come here on Runetotem, telling us to come with them here and so we did. Once here, with some of my guildies I’ve joined Legio Septima for around a month or two, though most of us didn’t fit in and decided to leave, and I followed them. I got bored relatively fast about raiding as warlock and thus decided to level up to 70 my alt paladin.

Once level capped with Lunarlight, I’ve been invited to a small guild called Infusion which disbanded after a week. Meanwhile, a new italian guild was formed called I Senzavolto where many of my ex-guildies joined and for another time I went with them. Because of some people’s behiavour I left them in May of the last year, followed by some others people. Then I got accepted in Reverence where I’ve been for more than 1 year; I loved the spirit and the atmosphere of the guild, they’re been the guild I’ve shared my best WoW moments with. Though the guild started to change a lot after the first months of WotLK and after recent events which disappointed me a lot I decided to leave them.

Reasons for Applying

If I play WoW, mainly it’s because of the challenges it offers and I find those in PvE. I’ve decided to apply here as I seek a guild with a nice atmosphere and good progress, and I think Zero Gravitas is what I’m looking for.

Raiding Experience

Pre-TBC: None.

TBC: Cleared everything up and including BT prior the nerf, aside of Kael’thas and Vashj that have been downed after. Due to the fact of having downed Illidian right the day before the “nerf patch”, we got to see SWP after the nerf, where we downed the first two bosses (obviously at level 70).

WotLK: Cleared Naxx10&25man, Sarth10man(+3D with “zerg” mode after 3.1), Sarth25man+3D, EoE 10&25man, Ulduar everything up to Yogg-Saron both in 10&25man and the first boss of ToC10man. Also did many hard modes in Ulduar10man, of which I’m missing Mimiron (seen up to phase 3), Freya, Yogg-saron and General Vezax.

My Role

If I chosen to change main, it’s because I wanted to try healing, thus my main spec has always been holy.

My spec (51/17/03) brings the raid utility of Divine Sacrifice (used with bubble, of course) which I consider superior to what the ret tree offers, especially after 3.2 patch Illumination’s nerf. Even though after the mana regen nerf, I still prefer to socket for Int because of how much it offers in terms of regen, while providing also some SP and Crit rating. I’m still using the FoL SP libram though, as due to the fact to being able to cast less Holy Lights than in 3.1, I prefer to boost a bit FoL…It can sound weird a Int-stacked paladin with a FoL libram, though healing as a paladin isn’t about “HL spam” or “FoL spam”, we have more than a button to click for healing and thus I try to keep a decent mana pool to sustain to cast Holy Light for enough time whenever necessary (I have DMC:Greatness and Libram of Renewal, just in case), while also trying to keep other stats somehow balanced for my play style; I usually use Rawr to do so. As glyphs, I use Seal of Wisdom, Holy Light and Beacon of Light’s one. I used to have Glyph of Lay on Hands for the mana returns and even though it might be needed more than it rarely was in 3.1, I still prefer to use LoH on tank because of Imp. LoH talent also, so I use it as a sort of tanking cooldown whenever it might be needed; beside, with BoL changes we’d really want it to have a 100% uptime, so with the glyph it’s easier as we can’t always afford to use two gcd togheter (SS+BoL) and also saves us lots of mana depending on the duration of the fight. Glyph of Holy Light is just too powerful to do not use it, and Seal of Wisdom too: -5% healing spell’s mana cost, change on judgement to regen 4% of maximum mana and also, when possible, meleeing the boss/mobs for huge mana returns ;) .

My second spec is Retribution (5/12/54). There isn’t a lot to say about it…after being hit capped, the best thing to stack is Strenght as usually Expertise comes with gear (and with 3.2 also from the glyph, which I now use instead of Exorcism’s one). The rotation is still the know “FCFS” even with Crusader Strike having a shorter cd; though some attacks gets priority over others, which can be found on EJ that I read for both specs. I’m currently working on taking the T8.5 chest to get the set bonus and also hit capped.

UI & Addons

I’ve tried to make a very clean UI while also having everything I need.
I use Classtimer to keep track of my cds and trinket’s proc, which is the one up my frame. The smaller one up to the target’s target is a Paladin addon I use to track SS/BoL and FoL hot, which helps me a lot whenever those spells aren’t on me. For healing, I use Clique with Grid. Other addons are all visible on my UI, aside of DBM and, for when I’m ret, Omen.

Personal Information

My name is Jessica and I’m 17 years old. I live in Italy and this year will be my last one of High School. Aside of playing WoW, I go dancing 2 times a week and I also enjoy going around the shops, listening to music (metal being my favourite kind) and all other things we humans like to do :P .

If you have any questions feel free to ask me in-game or through the forum.

Thanks for reading,
Luna

Ah but the correct response would have been:
