That is my tank gear, My dps set is Ulduar ready ,4 piece t7(.5) ,Malygos neck,Darkmoon card:Greatness,Blacksmith helm,Girdle of Ravinous, Only thing i would say are crappy about it are the rings both are not really great (heroic drops not raid)

Playing Times
I can raid 4 days during the week sometimes 5 , Wednesday is a problem atm because i have friends come round but i can try to get them to come round on Sundays(as that was a raid day in old guild so i can swap them round)

Previous Guilds
Only been in Creatures of Honor with this Character.

Reasons for Applying
I'm basicly fed up with progress in my old guild and was becoming quite bored with the game, I really want to have fun again ,learning hardmodes and obviously the new content thats just around the corner. It's just a personal reason to leave ,great friends there but i feel it's time to try and do something new, Your progress is fantastic and i really feel i can learn and improve in an enviroment like yours and hopefully help your guild progress also.
The guild went from a social to raid guild and in some respects holds some social guild type aspects which are really hard to iron out.

Raiding Experience
Vanilla :- ZG,MC,BWL cleared (on ally hunter many moons ago)
TBC :- Nothing
WOTLK :- Naxx cleared 10/25
Malygos cleared 10/25
Saph +1 only 10/25
Ulduar up to yogg on 10 man , just up to the keepers on 25 man.
I played FFXI for many years in some of the best guilds in the world getting many world 1sts in my time there, And basicly cleared all content in the game up till i quit (anyone who has played the game will know that it take much dedication). I was also the 1st EU Elvaan Blackmage (silly achievement but one i was proud of :o )

My Role :-

I have played a tank thru 95% of wotlk content and have tested all specs, many different glyphs etc, I picked blood as that seems to give me a lot of surviability to me and the raid it's very much a single target threat build and works very well but am comtable playing both unholy(a nice AOE trash tank) and frost(i don't like this spec but can play it no problem).
Come 3.2 i don't think my tanking preference will change as it's seems Blizzard have not played around with the talents so much on the blood tree. We will see how the balancing(nerfs! ) plays out. I've not really dps'ed on much but i understand how dps works out on DK no problem , Hodir i get around 5-6k dps if not MT(buffed fight i know but i don't get to dps much to compare it with). I watch videos etc and read up on tactics always. And can happily come dps or tank to any raid.
I've choosen the unholy tree and specs as i feel that's what my gear set fits at the moment and ebon plague is great is'nt it :p
That kind of covers talents as i'm sure you don't want to read why i choose every single talents. Gylpths are fairly basic on dps permaghoul str and stam,a boost to deathcoil and a nice scourge strike to save reapplying, Tanking glyphs Rune stirike for threat,Vamp blood for survivabilty and death strike for threat.

I have changed to pitbull and moved my frame to the centre bottom only thing i've changed.

Of course DK is something you don't have on your rader and looking thru your rooster i see you already have a few active deathknight but i try anyway.

could you elaborate a bit on your tanking rotation and your keybindings?

Also, how would you feel about the idea of going unholy tankage if you were asked to do so? At the moment we got mainly Blood and Frost dps DKs, so going Unholy would give us the full buffs package.

btw, is that your tanking sigil? :)

Happily go Unholy tank, I played that spec pretty much solidly thru Naxx so i know how to play it.(and it's more fun really :) ) But it's not so great for sustained threat like Blood is I could probably tank and spank General in Unholy(no kiting etc) but would feel 100% safer in blood just because the hit points,blood tap and death strike top ups etc. But yes Unholy is no problem at all. Yes i do use Sigil of Awareness for tanking for threat i've not been lucky enough to get the one from Razorscale as yet and it's debateable if there are any better ones currently in the game.

I'll be honest and only really started getting used to key bindings recently A & D for strafe etc and I have Shift+Q for Mind freeze and Shift+E for Taunt.It's something i'm getting used to at the moment and can certainly see the difference.
Rotations i use in Blood are Icy Touch,Plauge Strike,Heart Strike,Heart Strike,Death Strike,Death Strike>HS x 4 single target. And Multi D&D,IT,PS,HS Pest(i put HS in for timing reasons does a nice bit of threat to mob targeted) then pretty much the same as single target.

Not sure if this is common or not - and I wouldn't go to the trouble of registering on some other guilds forums (and finding where Utsu applied) for many people in my guild but Utsu is one of the few people I would do this for.

So first, Utsu doesnt't know I am doing this and I am doing this even though I am a little upset/annoyed Utsu has decided to leave Creatures of Honor.

Utsu is an outstanding player and a top guy. As well having being an officer, co-raid leader and co-main tank he is reliable, knowledgable and showed fantastic commitment to our guild.

Stuff you guys probably take for granted - such as researching your class to the extreme, experimenting with specs and rotations are all 2nd nature to Utsu and he coached and helped a lot of people new to raiding in our guild through some of this stuff.

Sorry to waste your time but i would like to withdraw my application, I think in the week break i've had from my old guild i miss the people far more than the raiding.
