Playing Times
Generally at this point in time i play quite allot around 3-9 hours a day.
Times (This is my average times by the way)
Mon - Fri 16:00 - 00:00
Sat- Sun anytime really
I will state that my playing times do change if I'm out with friends or if I'm working etc

Shadowmane tribe -Left on good terms to make a guild with my RL friends.

Demons Hand - Unfortunately we failed my mages were top notch but their were constant disputes and in the end the GM had enough and disbanded.
SMT - following the disband i joined SMT which i thought was a good idea to be with old friends but once again this did not work out and ended up leaving because of a argument between my RL friend and an officer basically Following Suit which I regret now but that is a different story :P
Toks Fury - This was created that same night that a number of members left SMT We headed into the darkness of progressing through the raid areas of BC and did well. but we then hit a stumbling Block of not enough committed members.
WOTLK
Newborn Legacy - This is a guild that was created by a few RL friends fresh for LK we have done well in progressing through 10 mans but again we were struggling to get the committed members I was the mage Class leader within this guild and i helped my mages along and gave them tips and hints of how to do better etc.

Reasons for Applying
Well i will try and keep it short
During my time of playing with friends and running guilds their has always been that big word Loyalty. I am loyal to my fellow friends but I think its time to break away from them. I have several reasons behind this number 1 is that they do not want to raid hardcore style. They want to be casual about things. number 2 is I don't want to get left behind again I have various friends in high end guilds and they are saying come to us and raid but to be honest I want to be a member of POC The reason why I'm applying to your guild is I want to move on and get away from friends whom I think are dragging me down. You may still be thinking Why does he want to join POC and the answer is you seem to be able to offer me what i want which is a solid team that can go into places and progress Then pwn them. (i.e Udular)
Raiding Experience
I will admit I was slow at levelling so I didn't really get much pre BC raid experience although I did do some of the start of MC.
BC - Kara Farmed and never want to see the place again lol
Grull Farmed Fun fight for mages :)
Maggy Farmed
BT - Have experience in their but never cleared
WOTLK - Nax 10/25 Farmed
EOE 10/25 Got to below 10%
VOA 10/25 Farmed
OS 10 -1 drake up 25- all drakes down Both Farmed
Your Role
Basically a Mage is a DPS support Char
They have a number of specific jobs that you need to be spot on with the first is CC a mages CC is Vital for Heroics but unfortunately I have never used it in a raid area as yet this may change in Udular - Second job is Decursing this is vital skill to have its got to be fast precise and ordered. Last of all is Damage as seen as a mages main ability is damage they should be good at it and not pull agro. Although for the mages whom do it creates a joke for people within the raid :). Damage and dps is about spec and skill not gear although it can help considerably also Glyphs help allot. My current spec is forstfire with increased range with fire spells rather than Blast wave and Flame breath leaving these 2 points has increased my dps by around 250. my current Glyphs are raid glyphs and help me improve my dps and mana consumption.
My clyphs consist of;
Glyph of improved scorch (adds 3 improved scorch effects rather than 1)
Glyph of molten armour (adds increase of 2% crit to molten armour)
Glyph of Frostfire (Increases initial damage by frostfire bolt by 2% and its crit by 2%)
Glyph of Slowfall (No reagent required for slowfall)
Glyph of AI (Reduces Cost of AI spells by 50%)
Glyph of blast wave (Stops knockback from blastwave)
The first 3 glyphs are to do with Increased damage
The last 3 are to benefit myself and raid groups
Unfortunately I haven't changed Blast wave glyph yet but I cant find anything more beneficial to the raid so i may as well leave it their until I do
With my Mage and current Spec i have gone for Hit, crit and Spell damage. Haste is a bonus in my eyes. Hit is important so you actually hit the target instead of going miss miss all the time but crit is curtail as well so you get that sexy instant pyro form hot streak this is normally used after a scorch or frostfire bolt by myself but it varies.

Can i state my damage meter is normally just off the screen to the bottom right of the window (It was up because i was observing raid info after a wipe) and in 25 man my raid groups extend where the damage meter is.

Personal Information
Well I'm your average 18 year old Lad I do love to party and drink but im sensible about it I don't get mashed and then throw up no I have a few beers 7 to 9 and then laugh at the pissed people :P I live in the shit hole Stoke on Trent in the UK with parents :( but hey its cheaper than going it alone huh everyone should understand that :D I'm currently unemployed but im in the process of making a small computer repairs firm with family. Well ive been playing wow for around 3 years now i think I've lost track though to be honest with you. other games well project torque and many driving games and i occasionally play on shoot em up or strategy games but my main interest is wow
