that application is lacking some of the things that the officers will require in order to take your application seriously.
take a look in this example application by ramone http://www.protectorsofchaos.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=229

You need to make a longer, fuller application in order to be taken seriously in all honesty. Put the effort in to your application and the officers will know that you will put effort into the giuld, and that u dont just want to be with PoC for the glory and loot :)

Try re-applying and u might stand a better chance :)
