Character/s
Senfan Undead Warrior (Protection)
Muncien Tauren Shaman (Enhancement/Restoration)
Soldoria Undead Warlock (Destruction)
With the new expansion coming up i am undecided whether or not to carry on with my warrior as my main and was considering using my shaman as my main at the moment he is enhancement but i have always wanted to try out raid healing. Though come expansion day ill be compelled to begin the leveling journey to 80 on my warrior.

Personal Information
Well Im Richard, im 19 and i live in the City of Coventry, currently at the moment im studying Computer Science at Coventry University, a course which at the moment im finding rather enjoyable and fufilling. I like playing football and watching it and i am a big fan of Coventry City. I also spend a lot of time listening to Music and i mainly listen to Indie music with a splash of Electro :)
I have been playing WoW for nearly 3 and a half years on and off (mainly off though :( ) have been on Runetotem for the whole of that time aswell. Most of the time i have been off WoW has been to try out different MMO's but WoW wasnt the first MMO i played. Started off like most people with the wonderful masterpiece that is Runescape, i never thought id have so much fun cutting down a virtual tree :D. Soon got bored of Runescape after participating in the Open-Beta of Guild Wars, but never went on to buy the game on its release, instead i decided to try Final Fantasy 11 and Lineage 2 before finally starting on WoW. During my WoW days i went on to play other MMO's such as Guild Wars and its expansions, City of Heroes/Villains and LOTRO. Would like to add Warhammer Online to this list but couldnt get my PC to run it properly :(
Playing Times
Well of course my university work comes first but i usually get this done as soon as i get the work or on my day off on a friday. At the moment i am working part time in a toy shop which takes up my weekends though i do have time to play at night at the weekend. Also im free to play all week nights except Monday's as i play in a 4-a-side football team. The times would vary that i log on so i cant really give you exact times but if there was a raid i was signed up for then i would be there ready and prepared like a proper boy scout.
Previous Guilds
Well i was never in a stabislised guild during the Pre-TBC days so i cant give you any decent information about them.
The Burning Crusade Guilds:
Villains By Necessity:
At the time i joined they were currently recruiting a lot of members and was very much a casual leveling guild. After around a month of recruiting and leveling the guild finally ventured into the unknowns of Karazhan for the first time, at that time i was the Main-tank for the guild. We enjoyed many good weeks/months there raiding and progressing aswell as having many enjoyable moments there. I would probably say my best WoW days were here, made alot of good friends here and enjoyed being part of the progression in the guild and helping it develop. I had to take a months break from the game for personal reasons, when i came back to the guild after the months break the guild has progressed well into ZA, Gruuls and Maggy, but a lot of good friends in the guild had left and i felt that the atmosphere within the guild was not as great as before and felt it was time to move on.
Morrigan:
Wasnt there for long as i had to quit for being skint and not being able to afford to play, guess thats student life :D I joined just as there were starting 25 man content and took part in a few first kills in SSC and TK. Its great to see them progress well and quickly and that has made me a little disapointed that i missed out on it all.
Reasons for Applying
Well after returning to WoW on friday i came across your recruitment poster on the runetotem.eu site and with a burst of excitement felt christmas had indeed came early. I have always been a good admirer of the achievements of this guild and had many good experiences with trade/crafting with some of your members. The main reason is that want to be in a guild that progresses well through the content of WOTLK and is well structured and organised. Also i want to see the wonders of the new expansion within a friendly community of fellow players. Also your one of very few guilds on this server whose reputation precedes them and i would be very proud to wave the PoC flag.
Raiding Experience
Pre-TBC:
ZG - A few bosses cant remember which
AG20 - First boss
TBC: (All Before Nerf)
Kara - Clear
ZA - First 4 bosses (attempts on Malacrass)
Maggy/Gruul - Clear
SSC - Lurker (attempts on Morrogrim)
TK - Void Reaver (attempts on Solarian)
Your Role
My role would have to be tanking as that is what i prefer doing with my main. I love tanking because i feel very much in control of the destiny of the group and if i do not do my job properly then the group is in danger of failing. I do like being put into pressurised situations as i believe i work best when i have my back against the wall and adrenaline pumping. I believe tanking is great because its a very pro-active task within the group and one slip of concentration could mean tradegy to the raid/group. I know earlier i said i was considering using another character as my main this is simply because your a well established guild with many great tanks and i have often looked on Bruticus's Armoury page to try and get tips for gear and talent improvements, but i dont want to stand around tanking 1 or 2 mobs a raid and feeling that im not contributing too much to the raid, when i could be doing another task to help out.
If you not consider my warrior to be a good addition to the guild then i am also willing to raid with either my lock or shaman which are both lvl 70 at the moment. My warlock is very special to me as it was my first ever character on WoW so he cant be deleted :) if you were to consider him then i would of course be Destruction spec and would love to deal some serious damage to mobs, i have not had a chance to look at the new talents for the lock and have had very little raid experience with him but i would learn fast. Also i have my shaman who is enhancement spec at the current time. It is a spec that a love a lot, it deals great burst damamge and can helps other members of the group with good buffs from our totems. I believe the new talents have developed this spec very well though i have had very little time to try out the new talents and skills i would look forward to doing so in the new expansion with the maelstrom talent catching my eye as a good talent to use for dps aswell as healing in a tight situation. I also said that i would like to try out raid healing more as i have had some experience healing with this char in 5-mans and karazhan and enjoyed it, though the enhancement spec appeals more to my taste.
Anyway thanks to reading my application and hope to hear from you soon...
If you wish to contact me in-game i would most likely be on the paladin i am leveling at the moment called Thalien
