About us:
Zero Gravitas are a long-established raiding guild on Runetotem, having been around since the game launched. We started to take our raiding pretty seriously toward the end of classic WoW, clearing BWL from scratch all the way up to Nefarian in only a couple of months prior to TBC. In that expansion, we overtook most guilds on the server, to become the primary horde guild, and had got as far as working on pre-nerf M'uru before the final patch hit pre-WotLK.
We have cleared Glory of the Ulduar Raider on 10 and 25, and have completed Call of the Crusade on 10 and 25, and many ICC hardmodes as well.
What we can offer you:
Focused raiders - ZG players have played at a high level for a number of years and generally know their stuff.
Maturity - We are a pretty mature guild, with a largely adult player base. That is to say, we don't really do "internet-isms", so if "leet speak" and the like doesn't sit very well with you, you may well find that you fit in quite nicely with us.
Equipment - We don't use DKP, we have experienced officers who award loot based on attendance, performance, suitability and bribery. We don't have loot drama, and we don't have loot whores.
Fun - We take this game pretty seriously, because it's good fun. Even when we are just farming, our raids are never boring.
What you can offer us:
Knowledge of your class - Ideally, you will know what spec to use, what gems to equip and what buttons to press in order to win the metres. You will also, come hell or high water, avoid fiery shit on the floor.
Personality - We don't want to play with a robot; we want you to contribute more than just your character. We'd rather play with a competent player who is somewhat interesting, than play with a superhuman player who has the personality of a wet sponge.
If you like the sound of all this, then we genuinely want to hear from you. Either swing by our application forum (http://www.zero-gravitas.co.uk/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=19) or roll an alt on Runetotem and say hello. We look forward to hearing from you.
