Feel free to contact any of BL's Main Jewelcrafters (Me, Valloria, Desmund) if yours are not online or you are looking for some rare stuff (like Veiled Noble Topaz which i have).
I cant speak for my fellow Legionnaires but i'll cut them for free usually even if a small fee never hurts to complete my collection :P
We all have the gemlist add to use it:
