Hi guys,

I'm not entirely sure what classes you're looking for, but i'll give this a go. I have 2 level 70 characters on Runetotem pve, both horde. 1 a warlock, 1 a warrior. You might have seen them around, and/or on runetotem.eu, i dunno ;)

Anyhow I'm aware of PoC's (excellent) reputation and would like to join if put on trial.

Name: Ben

Age: 22

Character Name: Singera and/or Singer

Class: Warlock / Warrior

Level: 70/70

Build & Gear:

Singera:- Destruction basic build - 0/20/41

Singera (http://armory.wow-europe.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Runetotem&n=Singera)

Singer:- Basic protection build - 11/8/42

Singer (http://armory.wow-europe.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Runetotem&n=Singer)

FR - approx 289 on Singer, 50 odd on Singera

NR - approx 100 odd on Singer (bear in mind i haven't started collecting yet, although i will asap)

AR - very little if anything, again will need to work on that (mainly through getting stuff made and/or arcane res enchants.

Raid EXP:

Singer - ZG - 1st few bosses (upto mandokir)..Kara (main tanked Curator, Moroes, Wizard of Oz (opera) also..this includes actually downing them as opposed to wipes..

Singera - Cleared MC a number of times, Cleared AQ20, almost no ZG, because we skipped it straight for MC drops/exp & bits of Kara.. - hardly ever been able to raid on my warlock, due to unbound preferring to not take warlocks in raids..(no idea why that is the case).

First Aid 375 on both

Professions

- Singera is 375 Alchemy (Master of Potions) & she's also now 375 Shadowweave Tailoring.
- Singer is 375 Herbalism.

Previous Guilds

- Singera ShadowCrpyt Juniors/Shadowcrypt/Asamith - Started off in SCJ, moved to SC due to the merge with Asamith. Left Asamith around level 40 odd due to the internal problems with the guild..Felt i wasn't there for a decent reason. Wasn't really contributing being level 40~, half of the people felt they were 'better' than me regardless of level/experience, so did not see a need for me to stay. I was better off guildless at that time really.

I then migrated to Wildhammer PVE where i raided with WIPE (which explains my experience in raiding. Half of Wipe had cleared BWL numerous times so the progression in raiding was great, very enjoyable. Decided to migate back upon TBC, so i could play with my brother again (Photon/Frenzzy) - im sure you are aware of who he is (i hope  )

Was in hellfire one day and unbound were recruiting..knew the guy who sent the message, so asked him if i could join. Invited..and stayed in unbound till 70 on both characters (warlock & warrior)..Till it appeared i couldn't raid for a while..so i left (think raiding was just about to start in kara and did not want to take a spot up if i couldn't raid alot).

Moved to Circle of Myths (on both warrior + lock) but didn't really find the pyschi right there for the reasons i joined..also i realised that i wanted to get back into raiding (And in fact now have the time to) so decided to join Unbound back again. - knowing they needed tanks.

Unfortunately as it has turned out, they might need them, but my raid chances in that guild were pretty limited, although not originally..they decided to create 2 kara groups, and stuffed me in the 2nd one (again i dunno why considering i was raiding regular and was genuinely tanking whenever i raided)..then the group 2 had around 2-3 chances to raid, but there were never enough healers/members..and this got a bit frustrating..I wanted to raid, but not on the offchance. Aside from that, i never knew if i would be in grp 2, or 1 or anything else, so could never plan my week. This is extremely annoying, considering i work mon-friday 9-5:30. :(

Edit to this post:- Regarding Unbound it's not meant to be a swipe at them, but to an extent i find it hard if my week on wow isn't very organised, unless im guildless or majorly pvping or something..

In regard to Singer it is v.similar, the only minor difference is that Singer was level 12, and went to Wildhammer PVE, levelled to 60, but only made it when it was tbc time, so came back - rest is all the same as with Singera in regard to guilds on Runetotem.

Apologies for the long Guild History, just want to be as open as poss.

About me as a person

About me..im 22 years old, living in Reading (nearby London amongst other places) currently working for a company called Slipstream SDS which in effect is a company that deals with other companies outsourcing their marketing side of things. So i work on behalf of loads of IT companies ringing up looking for 'opportunities' regarding various IT based projects. I work 9am till 5:30pm mon to friday.

Outside of Work, i enjoy socialising with work colleagues/friends, enjoy football, golf, tv, music - i guess the normal sort of stuff, and of course WoW itself

I've played WoW since i think June/July 05 so close to from the release date, and have played a variety of chars across both pvp and pve servers (to 60+).

Only other thing to mention i guess is, that my brother is Tim, otherwise known as Photon.

Thanks for reading ;-)

Hi Singer(a),

Which is your main character?

Hiya Wasabi...i'm honestly quite happy either way. To an extent i'm not so bothered so long as I am able to raid on a reasonably constant basis..

I'm more than happy to tank, aside from that i enjoy dpsing too as its somewhat different. From a 'skill' point of view, i feel that im not particuarly weak on either. - So i guess Open is the best word to use. - If i were pushed, i guess whichever class is most needed.

It's a cheesy answer yeah, but i'm not gonna whine if i don't get to raid on 1 as opposed to the other.

Well, you will have to decide.

Ok, well from a gear point of view, i guess my warlock is better - aside from that, I'm keyed to all heroic instances except for thrallmar (need 1 more full run for that), professions wise im stronger also in terms of having 2 things to 375.

I have played my Warlock longer than my warrior so if i had to choose, i'd argue that my warlock skills are slightly better. I guess i do enjoy playing on my warlock too more so than my warrior. Hope this is a less vague answer than previous.

Heya matey, what would you say are your typical playing times, and how often do yuo find yourself in game on average? Theres no best answer here just to give us an impression if poss.

Ill put the times in CET just so its a bit easier..im GMT time though.

Well get home around 19:00 gametime from work, can raid upto 23:30 (weekdays)

Any day when im not working, raid times are 9:00 to 23:30..(so all day in theory)

Similar times to photon/frenzzy in effect.

-----------------------------------------------------
Regarding your 1st question about how long i play (Say per week) on average.

Well almost every night during the week..and around 8-10 hrs weekends (unless i go out and things)

In general, it'd be around 35hrs/week.

Sing.

Edit:- just checked Singera's profile on the armory. You can check this with any unbound members, but im not actually in their guild..i did leave before posting the application just so you don't think i actually broke the rule regarding applying whilst being in another guild rule'.

Hopefully it should update tonight, my warrior has somehow been updated which is somewhat weird.

Hi Bruticus/Wasabi

Can you tell me why it was rejected? i presume warlocks are full or something equivalent.

Thanks again

Hiya,

There were multiple reasons which i wont bring all out, its like a sum of minor details.

But main reason is that the classes your characters are, are pretty well covered within PoC and very raidhungry. The thing which made it hard for us to decline you and why it took some time before we made a final decision is that you did put up one of the best applications we had recently and seem like a very nice guy.
