Raiding update!

PoC hits Serpentshrine this weekend!

Starting on Saturday 2nd, at 15.00 PoC will have our first raid in SSC. What's more, we will be going back there on Sunday 3rd at 15.00. Even better, we will be going there each and every weekend at that time from now on.
Of course, as we are still rushing to get a few last people attuned it is possible that we will have to reschedule, but in that case we will just kill Magtheridon instead... we really are spoilt for choice. Anyway, read up on your Hydross tactics, he'll be our first target.

One-shot Karazhan

From now on Karazhan will be a one-night only affair. Initially at least this will be Friday nights, the usual time. The raids will skip the optional bosses and focus on nailing Prince Malcolm as fast as possible. After that we can go back and do any of the bosses that were skipped that people still need drops from. So the raid route will typically be: Moroes -> The Opera -> Curator -> Aran -> Chess -> Prince Mal.

Obviously there will be prizes for which ever raid gets the speed record for this run.

A couple of raid tweaks

Master Looter will now be set to epic-only threshold meaning you must pick up your own greens and send them to the bank.
Invites will now be open 10 minutes earlier to allow longer for officers to sort out the hideous messes that we call pre-raids.

Well yes, thanks to donations we have geared up our two main tanks in the most attractive resistance kit possible, ready for Hydross.

World Bosses also on the menu

World bosses.. that's Kazzak and Doomwalker will now be killed everyweek. We have a raid alliance with Borderland Legion, and will raid one world boss each week.

Throw in Magtheridon on Thursdays and it looks like we have plenty to be looking forward to...

This is purely from my situation, where I'll be raiding again in over a months time and still need Nightbane then.

Obviously not a regular ocurrance but it could be useful to get people attuned if they run out of time

Sorry I really thought I had phrased it clearly enough.

On Friday we will kill to the Prince. When the Prince is dead we can kill any of the optional bosses that people need. There is enough time for this on Friday. There is no point killing The Maiden if no-one needs a drop from her, for example... but if a druid wants a shot at the squid-stick, we can go for Illhoof. If for some reason it can't all be done in one night then the 10 people in the raid can arrange another time to go back, whenever they like.
